Where are you based?

Kimmy-Lou is based in Gippsland. Hand-pouring her candles and diffusers in a small studio. Not open to the public just yet, maybe one day.

How to look after my candle best?

For optimal results, trim the wick before relighting, allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the jar each burn, and burn for no more than 4hrs at a time. Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface and never leave a burning candle unattended.

What wax do you use in your candles?

We use a high-quality Coconut Soy wax. It is a vegan friendly.

When will I get my order?

Your order will be packed and despatched within 5 days of placing your order.

I have a florist or boutique, and I’d love to sell your candles. Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we definitely do. We currently sell our products to a number of small florist - flowers and candles always go together! Reach out to us hello@kimmy-lou.com.au and we’ll get back to you asap.
